Investment Fund Details
INVESTORS:
All Investors will be recognized as Associate Producers, or in some cases Producer. They will be given on set access, exclusive premiere and after party access, and will of course receive equity in the film. Each investor will receive a percentage of the total gross/net revenue based on their proportional contribution to the film’s budget. For example, if an investor contributes 10% of the total production budget, they will receive 10% of the agreed-upon investor revenue share.

DONORS:
Donors of all levels will receive film credits. Donations of $1,000 or more will be invited to exclusive premieres and after parties. Donors surpassing $5,000 will be named Associate Producers and attend all exclusive Southern Nights events.
